Upon the receipt of your request, we shall send you the new password via e-mail.
As the password is case sensitive, please make sure your keyboard is not CapsLock.
Your may highlight the new password in your email and hit 'Ctrl' and 'c' together
to copy the password and then move the cursor to password column in the login web
page, hit 'Ctrl' and 'v' together to paste the new password. It will eliminate the
input error.
